Kids
Day
- monthly event where kids learn about The Food Bank and
perform a volunteer service project. 2nd Saturday of each
month, from 2-4 pm. For kids ages 5-12.
Food
Sorter - Volunteers inspect and categorize donated food
products, label food packages and repackage food items donated
by individuals and food companies. Weekdays, Wednesday evenings,
and Saturdays. For kids over 12 years old.
Special
Events - Represent the Food Bank of Central and Eastern
North Carolina at various food drives and fundraisers.

of the Carolinas Food Drive - annual fall and winter

On
Your Own - host canned food drives at your church, with
your playgroup, in your neighborhood, at your place of work
